Bolton-James has the best service! They are committed and the quality of their work speaks for itself, they actually care about you, like a family. I always feel better driving my car after they service it, they are much more reliable and friendly and timely than any other shop I've been to, I have a great respect for what they do and the consideration they have for their customers and each other other

I had already been to another tire shop to repair my tire and was told it could not be repaired. They ordered a tire and when I went back at the appointed time the man was very surly and said he couldn’t find my ticket. He said just wait. I checked with a neighbor and went to BJ. They repaired the tire!! Saved me hundreds of dollars. Very nice and very professional. BJ is go-to for me now!

When I needed 4 tires on my 2022 Acura I knew I had to talk to Bolton James. I really like their product knowledge and recommendations on the best tire for my car. They also pointed out some abnormal tire wear which caused the tires wear prematurely and recommended an alignment. I always feel comfortable after I leave that I got the best products and service for my car. Add 4 tires in June for my Mini Cooper. You can buy tires anywhere but I like talking to someone who knows the product so I get the best tire for my car.

Been a long time customer with BJT&A. Always a cordial welcome. Up front staff, very courteous, polite and professional, checking you in and out. Mechanics/ Technicians, always comes to you in the lobby, if their is an issue, you need to be made aware of, found during your initial service request. They are on top of condition of tires, brakes, AC, engine tune-up, all fluids, etc., that might need to be addressed now or in the near future. They strive to make sure, your safe and trouble free, between services.*****5 star auto service center, with very reasonable pricing. I recommend them, as I have to others. A satisfied customer! A 1991 S10 Chevy pickup bought new, still on the road, serviced by BJT&A, for over 20 years! Bob Owens

I went to Bolton James because they came highly recommended by a friend and I am so glad I did! I went to get to new tires and new rims put on my Jeep and am so happy with the way everything turned out! Both Andrew and Hayden were so professional, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating through every interaction that I had with them. Picking out tires and rims was very intimidating to me because I don't know a lot about either but they took the time to go through several options with me and explain everything in detail so I knew exactly what I was getting. I would absolutely come back to Bolton James if I needed any other work done and recommend them to everyone in the area!
